Just over 12 inches high, this little 250 watt powerhouse grinds wheat, rye, barley, spelt, millet, and rice in a continually adjustable range from coarse meal to fine flour. At the finest setting, the mill will produce about 3.5 oz of flour per minute. The attractive housing of the mill is made from furniture-grade beech wood veneer plywood.
