Its great looking, harmonious design utilizing solid beechwood and dovetail joinery, would enhance every kitchen. Whether barley, wheat, rye, corn, oats, rice, millet or spelt, this compact powerhouse will grind your flour and meal quickly and quietly. The extremely hard ceramic/corundum millstones and strong 1/2 HP electric motor take care of that. Moreover, it grinds at much cooler temperatures than mills with granite stones, which helps maintain the nutritional value of the grain.
In selecting among KoMo mills or any other household grain mills, for that matter, a good point of departure by which to measure all others is the Fidibus Classic.
