The Duett 100, as the name suggests, has two functions: it mills grains into flour or meal, and it rolls out grains for cereals and baking. Technically, the Duett 100 combines the Fidibus Classic mill and the Flocman flaker in one attractive beechwood housing. Two completely independent motors provide the power, and these can be operated simultaneously, if needed.
