- To add an item to your Shopping Cart, simply click on the "Buy Now" button near the item.
- To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, check the "Remove" box near the item. The new total will recalculate automatically.
- To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column and click the "Recalculate" Button.
- You can continue to add and subtract items from your Shopping Cart without creating an account or logging-in for existing customers. In order to “Check Out” and complete your purchase, however, you will need to create an account or Log-In as an existing customer.
As a new customer, before you can complete the checkout process, you will be required to register first by providing a User Name and password. Click here to register. You will use this User Name and password to Log-In with your next visit.
As a returning customer, ready to Check Out, you will be prompted to log in by providing your User Name and password. If you can't remember your password, click the “Password Help” button.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards for online ordering. See the Security and Privacy sections below to learn about the safety and confidentiality of your credit card data.
- Before you place your order by clicking “Place Order Now”, be certain that all your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time.
- By clicking the "Place Order Now" button, you are submitting your order. An Order Complete page will be displayed with an order number. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation containing the same order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number.
- We will process and ship your order within one business day. When we ship your order, you'll receive a second e-mail confirming the ship date with a UPS or USPS tracking number so you can track your order.
- Once you place your order, it will appear in the Your Account section.

If your purchase is a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Order" on the Check Out page. We will not include pricing information with the the packing slip for gift orders. This will ensure that your order is processed appropriately. We can also gift wrap your package for a nominal fee.
We will be happy to add your gift message to your order. A gift card will be included in your order.
Online Gift Certificates offer an ideal option available for exclusive use on NaturalEurope.com. They are issued in increments ranging from $25.00 up to $500.00. When you purchase an Online Gift Certificate with NaturalEurope.com, we will send the recipient an e-mail with instructions for use on NaturalEurope.com. The instructions include a validation code.
To redeem an Online Gift Certificate, follow these simple steps:
- Select an item you would like to purchase and click on "Buy Now."
- When you are satisfied with your order, click "Check Out."
- Enter Online Gift Certificate validation number on the "Payment" page in the "Gift Certificate Number" entry field.
- Complete the check out process. The gift certificate will be deducted automatically from the total amount of your order. If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the Online Gift Certificate, the recipient will need to use a credit card to pay for the balance of the order.

Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any damage or you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip.
Fill out the return slip and enclose it with your return. Please also indicate the reason for the return. (This information is not required but your comments help us improve our service and product quality.)
Please send the package securely wrapped and freight pre-paid to Natural Europe.com. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs. We do not accept C.O.D. mail or shipping charges.
Please return items within 30 days of receiving them. Items returned will be promptly refunded, credited to your credit card, or exchanged for the purchase price and tax (if any) depending on how the product was originally purchased.
To return a gift, please contact Customer Service. We can either credit your NaturalEurope.com account or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
